AJA DRM-FRAME Mini-Converter rack frame, RoHS compliant

The AJA DRM Frame is a rackmount solution for their Mini Converters. The DRM is an open-ended 2RU frame that is 9″ deep. No cover is available. It can accommodate up to 12 of the smaller converters (D4 – D5 Series and others of the same size) or up to 6 of the larger units – D10 or HD10 Series. An atypical installation is pictured above. A power supply (110/220V) is included and 12V and 5V leads are provided. The DWP power supply is not required . Warranty is five years parts and labor. The illustration shows two of the larger converters on the left. Please note that they require additional space due to the construction of the frame and the mounting bracket. The other converters represent the short-sized (in the middle) and medium-sized (on the right) mini converters.

When ordering the DRM Frame, it is important to know which and how many of the different converters are required. The appropriate hold-down brackets must be ordered with the DRM (sold separately). The brackets for the D4E and the “5” Series converters hold down up to two units. The hold-down brackets are available in three heights:

• D4 – short: for the D4E only
• D5 – medium: all”5″series converters, plus the Hi5 and HA5
• D10 – tall: tall “10” series converters, plus the ADA4, HDP, and 3GDA
